1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Accuracy of Products & Handcrafted Nature

• Handmade Variance: Many of our items, including beaded jewelry and rhinestone novelties, are handcrafted. Minor variations in bead color, rhinestone placement, and overall design are a hallmark of handmade art and are not considered defects.

• Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Proper Use & Care Responsibility

By purchasing from Bayou Bling, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Product Care Guide.

• Bayou Bling is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, such as over-stretching jewelry cords, exposure to water/chemicals, or dropping delicate rhinestone items.

• Safety Warning: Our products may contain small parts (beads, rhinestones, etc.) that could pose a choking hazard. Keep items out of reach of small children and pets.

4. Modifications to Prices and Services

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

5. Payments & Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address provided.

6. Returns & Restringing

Our Refund & Return Policy (7 business days, excluding holidays) is incorporated into these Terms.

• For restringing services, the customer acknowledges that they must provide all original beads and cover all shipping costs. Bayou Bling is not responsible for lost beads during the initial break.

7. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose.

• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bayou Bling shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions to jewelry metals or damage to personal property (like cell phones) while using our custom cases.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Bayou Bling operates.
