At Bayou Bling, we take the utmost care in packaging your handcrafted jewelry and custom novelties to ensure they arrive safely and ready to sparkle.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Items: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom Orders: Items such as custom rhinestone phone cases or personalized beaded jewelry may require additional time. Please allow 7–10 business days for these items to be handcrafted before they are shipped.

• You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather. We appreciate your patience!

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

• We do/do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bayou Bling is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

4. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Your Email] with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a repair.

• Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Bayou Bling is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.

5. Local Pickup (Optional)

A Note on Our Packaging

To protect your "Bling" during transit:

• Jewelry is secured in protective pouches or boxes.

• Anti-tarnish strips are included with all metal-based jewelry.

• Outer packaging is kept discreet to ensure the security of your delivery.
