Return Window

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 business days of receipt.

• The 7-day window excludes weekends and public holidays.

• Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Restringing Service

Accidents happen! If your beaded jewelry breaks, we offer a restringing service under the following conditions:

• All original beads must be included in the return.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the repair.

• If beads are missing, an additional material fee may apply.

To ensure the longevity of your accessories, jewelry, and custom novelties (such as rhinestone phone cases, vanity brushes, and mirrors), please follow these guidelines:

Jewelry & Bracelets

• Anti-Tarnish Care: When not in use, always place your jewelry back into the provided plastic bag with the black anti-tarnish strip included.

• Keep Dry: Do not expose your jewelry to water, perfumes, or lotions, as this can damage the finish and the integrity of the beads.

• Stackable Bracelets: To prevent over-stretching the cord, always put stackable bracelets on and take them off one at a time.

• Proper Fit: Avoid over-stretching the beaded jewelry cord beyond its natural capacity.

Custom Novelties (Phone Cases, Mirrors, Brushes)

• Handle with Care: Rhinestone-themed items are delicate. Avoid dropping or placing them in tight compartments where friction may dislodge the embellishments.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away fingerprints or dust. Do not use harsh chemicals or submerged cleaning.
